Adobe Crash

Hello everyone,
I have been having a problem for a few days.
That is, when I open adobe reader after a few seconds after loading it suddenly crashes.
I tried to follow all the online guides but I can't solve it, could you give me some more tips?

Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out.

 

As the application is crashing soon after launch, please remove the application using the Acrobat cleaner tool https://adobe.ly/3W5RKCi, reboot the computer and reinstall the application using the direct link: https://adobe.ly/3JJKyod and see if that works.

Hi @Amal. ,
Unfortunately, even after the step you listed above, I cannot solve the problem.
I have done many trials and I can tell that it is not that easy to solve.
I have tried repairing the installation ect. but nothing.
Would you have any other ideas?

Hi there

 

Are you experiencing this issue on your personal computer or an IT managed work device? If its an IT managed device, please contact your IT admin an see if that helps.

 

If its a personal computer, please try to create a new test user profile with full admin rights in Win or enable the root account in MAC https://support.apple.com/en-in/102367 and try using the application there and check.

Hi,
IT is me, I have almost half of the offices with this problem unfortunately by guidelines I cannot enable administrator account to users.
Is enabling the administrator account to understand the problem or would that be the final sulution?

Hi there

 

Enabling the administrator account may help diagnose the problem, but it shouldn't be the final solution. It's important to understand the underlying issue causing the problem in half of the offices. Once identified, you can work on addressing it in a more targeted manner.
