Hopefully this isn't a duplicate post, if so sincere apologies. This morning I had a user that was unable to update their Adobe DC Reader due to an error. I tried several different ways and decided to do an uninstall and reinstall. I tested it on my machine first and when i did the re-install using the same file it retained my Adobe Pro license. I performed the same steps on the user's PC and now it is no longer showing the Pro license. Any guidance on how to recover the license/activate the license for the user would be appreciated.
