Hello I have Adobe Acrobat Reader that allows me to edit, organise pages and comment. I purchased Adobe Export pdf back in 2015. It does everything I need and I don't want to change. Tonight when I tried to open it, the message came up for a 7 day free trial of Adobe DC and I dont want to trial this, but everytime I closed the window essentially saying no to the trial, it closes Adobe so I cannot open any pdfs without doing the trial. Would appreciate any help thanks
Hello Yolandam,
As correctly mentioned by Aandi Inston that freeware Adobe Reader does allow to organize PDF pages. I have checked the records with your current Adobe ID(email) used to log-in on Adobe forums and found that you were subscribed to Adobe ExportPDF services which are canceled and inactive and the Adobe ExportPDF online service can be used with the freeware Adobe Reader, however, the Organize PDF pages are not included in this service.

No, Acrobat Reader does not allow you to organize pages. Nor does Export PDF. I think you actually have Acrobat Pro or Acrobat Standard.
Or you USED TO.
Please first check the product version that is running. You can do this with Help > About. Something like 2016.213.34345. What is it?
Also, what do you pay Adobe each month/year? You can check your account.

Hello Yolandam,
As correctly mentioned by Aandi Inston that freeware Adobe Reader does allow to organize PDF pages. I have also checked the susbcription details and there isn't any license/subscription/volume license associated with your current Adobe ID.
With Adobe ExportPDF service, you can turn PDF files into editable Word, Excel, and RTF (rich text format) documents, but cannot organize pages.
If you wish to organize PDF pages and use other services, you may subscribe to Acrobat Pro DC subscription. For detailed information, you may refer to Answers to some of the most frequently asked questions about Acrobat DC

If you have installed Acrobat, you may remove it using Acrobat cleaner tool Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool - Adobe Labs
Then, you can install Adobe Reader from Adobe - Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Distribution

Feel free to update this discussion for any further assistance.
Thanks,
Anand Sri.
