I just transferred all of my data and applications from my old Macbook Pro to the new one. I signed the old devicde out of our Adobe Reader account and authorized the new one, I'm signed in but it won't let me print or save any files or do anything. I've tryed uninstalling Adobe Reader and re-installing it and get the same result. Any advice?

Hello Joe!
I hope you are doing well, and thanks for reaching out.
Could you please share more details about the issue? Do you get an error message when you try to save a PDF or print? What workflow are you using to save the PDF file with the freeware Acrobat Reader app? We verified your Adobe ID (email) and see that you have an active subscription to Adobe Acrobat Pro. I assume you want to use the Acrobat Pro, not the freeware Acrobat Reader app.
Please restart the machine once, download the Acrobat Pro, use the Adobe ID(email) to sign in and activate the subscription. Try printing and saving any PDF file. You can remove the freeware Acrobat Reader app from the machine using the Cleaner tool, restart the machine after you uninstall the Reader app. For printing issues, you may refer to this article: https://adobe.ly/43810I8
Let us know how it goes after installing the Acrobat and removing the freeware Reader.
Thanks,
Anand Sri.
