Adobe file - called 10.31.2023 opening file 10.17.2023

We are having this issue and its being happening for a while now, User has a folder shared in OneDrive with all the team, the folder its syncing correctly. The issue its with an Adobe file called Management Report - September (Q3) 2023 (10.31.2023) - FINAL.
User can see the file on the shared drive synced and says that the last time the file was updated was on November 1 (last time the manager made a changed) but once the user opens the file, opens a different file called Management Report - Sep (Q3) 2023 10.17.2023 with the information not updated
This is the only file affected
We already uninstall reader and reinstalled but the issue persisted
She is the only user affected by this issue

Can you please help us to find someone that can guide us to resolve this issue?

This strongly looks like the metadata of the file has not been updated. The file name is the file name, the title is simply text. You can put "Mickey Mouse" in, if you want.

 

Opening the same file from a different computer should provide the same result. If not, then the files are different. The issue in that case is not Acrobat, but OneDrive, or data caching or someting different, like accessing the wrong location. Sometimes users switch a character which is not easy to detect. Like a capital "i" and a lower case "L" (I&l).
