Adobe .pdf and one drive

I am trying to create a form that can be filled out in One drive by myself and another person.  The form can be filled with information known of on the event, and then as more information comes in as it gets closer to the event, we can go into that event form and update it.

 

I created this in Word, put it in Adobe with fillable fields but when I upload it to One Drive, I can't access the form to type in it.
