Adobe PDF document corruption after updating to Windows Version 1903

New Here ,

Hi, I recently updated Windows 10 from version 1809 to 1903. Since then, whenever I try to print any document from a web site to Adobe PDF at least part of the document text is corrupted. Is there a fix for this?

For info I have an HP desktop PC with Adobe Acrobat DC Standard and Adobe Reader DC software.

Hi Evan P-M,

Thanks for reaching out, as you are experiencing issues while printing the PDF document, correct?

What is the dot version of the application installed? To check the version of the application please refer to the link  - Identify the product and its version for Acrobat and Reader DC

Please try to update the application to the latest version available. Go to Help > Check for Updates. To know more about the latest version available please refer to the link - DC Release Notes — Release Notes for Acrobat DC Products

what is the workflow or steps you are following?

Could you please share the link you are using for the website through private message for the testing purpose? How Do I Send  Private Message | Adobe Community

Also, as stated above you have Adobe Acrobat Standard DC and Adobe Reader installed on the same computer, it is not recommended to install both the applications of the same machine as Adobe Reader is a subset of  Adobe Acrobat DC.

Let us know if that works for you.

Regards,

Amal
