Hello Adobe, I bought your PDF export programme over a year ago, it's never been accessible to me (I need it to be simple ie. I buy = it's usable without going through lots of processes). It is coming up for renewal 12th Sept, I also can't find how to cancel the subscripion.
Please can you look into this for me and sort out one way or the other. Thank you.

Adobe Acrobat Export PDF subscription is an online service. Please ensure that you are signed in to your account on the web.
You can log in on https://acrobat.adobe.com/link/home/
Or you can access it from the freeware Acrobat Reader desktop app. Download the Acrobat Reader from here: https://get.adobe.com/reader/enterprise/
To stop the renewal for next year, you can do that from your Adobe account. https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/cancel-subscription.html
