Adobe PDF toolbar missing in IE 11

Have uninstalled and reinstalled Adobe Acrobat Reader and Internet IE 11. Adobe PDF Reader add on is visible and enabled under Show: Run without permission. PDF Toolbar not showing on Toolbars list in Internet Explorer. Has been suggested to use a different browser but for work purposes this task needs to be done in IE. Checked reg keys for possible hidden add on toolbar class ID but no luck. Thoughts/suggestions?

**Correction** It is actually the Adobe Acrobat Create PDF Toolbar that is missing.

Rather this add-on with this Class ID {CA8A9780-280D-11CF-A24D-444553540000} is showing.

How do I get Class ID {47833539-D0C5-4125-9FA8-0819E2EAAC93} to show up in IE 11?
