Adobe Portfolio

I have several pages of songs I have written, ach saved as a separate pdf file. I ma combining them into a portfolio. The problem I am having is with the page numbers. First, the numbers are not centered on the pages. Second, even though the numbers appear on each page on the screen they do not print. Please advise on how I can center and print tese page numbers.
