Hello,
When using the area tool on Adobe Pro DC how do you correct a line which doesn't seem to fall in the right corner when you are taking an area measurement with the area tool? For instance, right now, if I am taking an area measurement and although it seems the cross hairs are over the corner it will be slighty off (not sqaure). When I press escape or go to the edit button to undo the last selection it will simply delete all the area lines instead of just the last one.
If you know how to just fix or raher delete the last line selected with the area tool I'd appreciate your input. I am using a macbook...not sure if that will affect the options or key strokes...
Thanks in advance for your time!

First of all, that should not happen. The line should stop at exactly the location where you clicked. If that's not the case then you probably have the "Snap to Grid" option enabled. To disable it go to View - Show/Hide - Rulers&Grids and it tick off there.
To edit an existing area annotation simply select it and squares will appear at each corner. You can click and drag those squares to re-size the area. I don't think you can add (or delete) one, though.

Thank you for your reply. I will try the feature regarding the adjusting of grids on existing area measurements. I checked if I had the "snap to grid" feature enabled, but it was off. In the meantime I am zooming in before selecting a specific corner that I am trying to designate when taking an area outline which is giving me trouble.
Thanks again!
