Adobe Pro X - Extended Saving Mode not Enabling Commenting

Hi,

I have a question. I'm trying to save a PDF using Acrobat Pro X.

Here's the screenshot of the security properties:

However, when I save with this method -> Save As - Reader Extended PDF - Enable Additional Features, and this is what shows up:

Is there a way i can make this form so our users can sign and comment also? I created the form using Adobe Livecycle ES2.

You can't add comments to dynamic XFA forms.
