Do you work with PDF files for school/work, taxes, legal forms? Acrobat makes it easier. 🙂
FREE Acrobat Reader -- view, comment & sign PDF.

Paid Acrobat Pro DC -- the complete solution for creating and saving PDF.

Well I think i will have to quit and get my money back. It still doesn't scan in pdf and it doesn't give legal size pages. Just letter. The reason I even bought it was because I have to scan in pdf and send documents in pdf. But it cuts off all my legal pages. Do you have a phone number i can talk to you with ?

From the print dialoge (Ctrl + P), change page size to legal. See screenshot.
Acrobat Pro DC
Hope that helps.

What kind of scanner are you using?
Does your scanner have OCR (optical character recognition) software?

Nancy has told you how to change the paper size.
You haven't told us your scanner or scanning software, but you don't have to use the software that comes with your scanner. I use VueScan and it does scan to PDF.

If you are using the software that came with your scanner, you can either read the manual or get support from the manufacturer.

No, sorry, we are users who volunteer on the Adobe forums. Instead we can tell you how to contact Adobe Customer Care. They are the only ones who can assist with billing.

If your browser blocks auto-open the Chat window, try these tips:

You can also send a tweet to @AdobeCare.
