Adobe reader and Quickbooks [2017]

New Here ,

I use Quickbooks Enterprise.  Quickbooks has stopped letting me view and print previous reconciliations.  I have been trying to get this corrected for some time now.  The error says I do not have a PDF reader like Acrobat on my computer but I do.  Someone told me

maybe I needed to go back to an older version of reader, that maybe Quickbooks was not compatible with the newest version.  Anyone

know anything about this?  How can a reload an older version of Adobe reader?
