Hi Amal

I have fixed the problem with Adobe Reader.

I uninstall the product, remove all data for Adobe Reader from registry and filesystem.

Reboot and install Adobe Reader.

Now it works.

I will test it again, when I upgrade the other 5 Surface Studio to Windows 10 21H1.

Hi CanRF

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the delayed response. As described the application is crashing after you have upgraded the Windows to 10 21H1.

I hope you would have resolved it by now, if the issue still exists, please try to reboot the computer once and see if that helps.

If it still doesn't work, please repair the installation from the help menu and see. go to Help > Repair Installation.

If it still doesn't work, please create a new test user profile with full admin rights and try using the application there and check.

You may also checkout the steps shared in the help page - https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/acrobat-dc-crashes-on-windows-os.html

Amal
