This is on your company network and managed computers? What happens when you start Acrobat as an admin?

Hi luisr76086591,

Thank you for reaching out, and sorry about the trouble caused.

Try the troubleshooting steps suggested in the following help document for a crash: https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/acrobat-dc-crashes-on-windows-os.html.

If the above suggestion does not work, try reinstalling the application using the following steps:
- Remove the application and run the cleaner tool (https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/Labs/cleaner.html).
- Reboot the machine
- Install Adobe Acrobat Reader from the following page: https://get.adobe.com/reader/enterprise/.

Let us know how it goes.

Thanks,

Meenakshi

Is there anything further to this? I have a user that received an update for Acrobat on the 25th of this month and now has this same problem. I went through the entire uninstall, clean and reinstall with no resolution. The app just crashes over and over. Event log shows the following:

Faulting module name: Acrobat.dll, version: 23.3.20284.0, time stamp: 0x64e04c01
