Adobe Reader crashes when attempting to access cloud documents on my ipad4 and also on my Window7 pc. Do I have a corrupted documents in cloud storage?

You may share if you get any particular error or if the steps above do not help,try uninstalling using Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool - Adobe Labs ,retsrat your system and reinstall the application.
