Do you get error messages when you launch the app, or does it crash immediately? Are you on a Windows machine or Mac, and what is the version?
Please ensure you have all the latest updates mandatory or optional for the operating system installed, restart the machine after installing the updates. If the app still crashes, please use the Acrobat Cleaner tool to remove the installed app for any conflicting files causing the crash, restart the machine and install Acrobat Reader. If the issue still persists, please collect the crash logs from the affected machine, and share them with us for further investigation.
