Adobe Reader DC 2017 install issues

New Here ,
Nov 14, 2017 Nov 14, 2017

Hello,

I have an offline installer of Adobe Reader DC 2017, which worked perfectly when installing last week. All of a sudden when coming to install it on new machines it reverts back to installing a 2015 version?? How can I stop this..?

I have the extracted contents of the executable file including the msi and msp files..

2017 was a stable release and we have no intention of going back nor upgrading to the 2018 release, just yet.

Can anyone help please??

If its going back to 2015 then it means that patch hasn't been applied during installation. Did you install using MSI or using setup.exe? If you used MSI then did you chain it with MSP file. Try installing using setup.exe and it should work.
