Adobe Reader DC file handling suggestion!

I often have to locate documents in one folder, modify them and save them in another folder.  Adobe remembers where I saved the work on the screen, but when I have to return to the original folder to retrieve another document to work on, I have to go hunting for the drive, directory and folder... every time.  Why can't Adobe Reader remember where the last source folder is, so we can select it and go right to it?

It's certainly a pain. But in Windows you can just paste the path to get there quickly.
