Adobe Reader DC on Windows 2012 R2 Sessionhost - Issue with redirected folders

Hello,

i have two sessionhosts and sometimes users cannot save PDF Files to their local Notebook-Drives (which are redirected into the RemoteApp Farm). They get the message: "Document cannot be saved" (Translated from German errror message). And then a new PDF File gets created but has 0kb in Size and is empty.

All other Software installed on the sessionhosts (like Word, Excel, Notepad,...) can save to the same redirected drives. And the issue is not always present - sometimes it is working fine for several days and then it get broken again.

The RDS Farm and the Client Notebooks are not in the same AD Domain.

And since that time the issue started to happen i also have another issue 2-3 times a week, that usersessions are hanging and i cannot sign them off even as an Administrator, a few Moments later i cannot open any Windows Explorer window and cannot signoff my own Admin account - it get stuck in state "signing off" for hours. The only way to make the Server work again is to stop the server in vSphere and restart. Which is Kind of anoying for all users. I'm not sure if that is also related to Adobe Reader but i'm suspecting it..

Any ideas?

Thank you,

Tom
