Dear Support,

we have recently experienced on a few computers an issue with Adobe Reader. When we open any PDF file in it, it prints "Adobe Reader DC stopped working". Therefore I have uninstalled the application using your "Adobe Reader Clean Tool" and installed fresh version from the internet. After that Adobe Reader DC worked fine but upon each time when a file was opened there was a dialogue window related to Accessibility features in Adobe and when ticking a box do not show this dialogue again next startup it didn't turn off(Acrobat/Reader: how to disable the “Reading Untagged Document” dialog ). Also edited regedit as described in the link. Therefore I went to Adobe Reader and went to preferences, accessibility and unchecked the box "activate assistant technology". After that this dialog windows didn't appear instead Adobe Reader stopped working again.

Could you please advise how to fix this annoying issue?

Many thanks,

Petr
