We are trying to make an Adobe Reader Dutch 2021 .msi file.
Since Adobe doesn't provide this themself we are trying it with the AIP Method.
[msiexec /a (path to .msi)]
After AIP creation [msiexec /a (path to new .msi) /p (patch to .msp)]
We succeeded to make an .msi file with the latest Dutch 2021 version but when we run it through Intune it does not work. It needs the Data1.cab file, you can get the file when you download the .msi (2015 variant) from adobe but we couldn't find a way to add that to the .msi file.
Does anyone know how to make an good working .msi file with the latest Dutch version of Adobe Reader?

ps. Intune does not accept .exe or .msp files only .msi
