Dear all
We have several Remote Desktop Servers in Version Windows 2012R2, with the latest Version of Adobe Reader installed (Version 19.8.20074.43139).
Users have problems since several weeks (not only since Version 19 but already before).
Example: User opens PDF Attachment in Email an then goes to document; save as in order to try and save the attachment to the File Server. The application stops working and in the Event Log, error ID 1002, Application Hang is reported.
Is this a known bug? Users with local Installations do not seem to have this problem, only on remote desktop servers.

This is happening still - Is anyone bothered to reply to address this issue?
Open a document - clik file, print - stops responding. All applications that use Adobe reader stops responding virtually rending the RDS 2012R2 term server usless!!!

First of all, Acrobat Reader is not use licensed on the server.
Read 2.3 of the Software License Agreement.
