Adobe Reader Is Not Responding... Help..

Im facing an issue today morning when i tried to open a pdf file on how to make money online downloaded from Rupee Speaks but adobe reader is not responding and then i've to force closed it via task manager can anyone have solution please let me know...

As you get the message "Adobe Reader is not responding', please try te troubleshooting steps provided in this help document Troubleshoot Windows system errors, freezes | Adobe software

Also, I would suggest repairing the Adobe Reader. Open the application and navigate to Help menu > Repair Installation.
