Hi,
Up until recently, my Adobe pdf reader has been working fine. Now, when trying to play a video embedded within a pdf it comes up with "To view the Flash technology content in this PDF file, please install the required version of Flash Player".
Next to this, is 'learn more' which directs me to https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/11/using/flash-player-needed-acrobat-reader.html
I've installed the plug in for mac OS that is linked, but it seems to have no effect on letting me play the videos.
Is there a further activation stage that I need to do in order for flashplayer to work etc.?
Thanks.

I have the same problem, but only with pdf portfolios of images. I've removed and reinstalled the NPAPI version, but still no images. Flash works fine online. I've read everything!
