Adobe reader not responding

Hello,

I have a microPsoft windows 7 and all of sudden PDF's are not responding. I am not able to open any PDF's. I tried  to uninstall and install few times and it didn't work.

Hi virat76,

Sorry for the late response.

Try "Repair Installation" under Help menu.

Could you please let us know how you are trying to open PDF.

Do you open them through application or you double click on PDF?

Do you get any error message?

What is the dot version of Adobe reader installed on your system?

Thanks for the response. The dot version is 15.020.20042.

I open the PDF document directly by double clicking.

Hi virat76,

Please try to open application and navigate to Help menu and try "Repair Installation".

You can also try to open PDF from application. Navigate to File menu > Open.

Check if you can open PDF from there.

Hi Meenakshi,

I tried to click repair installation and it didnt work. As soon as I open a

pdf or adobe application it freezes and doesn't respond.
