Is there a projector that will run Adobe Reader? I'd like to use Reader on an LED projector in a school. I can display PDFs, but without Reader there are no functions, especially magnification.
Thanks,
Buz
There's a new class of projector that embeds a PC, such as CAIWEI A3(A). Some run Win 10. The Caiwei runs Android. Both allow keyboard/mouse operation and all other OS functions. Both support Adobe Reader. So I can have access to all PDF functionality. Also, there are PCs that embed projectors with the same functionality. The Caiwei costs about $150.
btw, as far as I can tell, most/all projectors support flash drives and can play videos.

You can connect almost any laptop with Mac or Windows.

Thanks. I was unclear. The school is in Guatemala and has no money for a computer, so I'd like to display PDFs from a flash drive with Reader running on the projector. No computer. Can it be done?

I was looking for a smart projector recently and couldn't even find one that would play movies from a flash drive.
