I just bought a new laptop, acer AspireR. It has a touch screen feature but adobe touch keeps crashing when I'm reading a school reference book.
It mostly crashes when I'm scrolling fast....like hitting page up or page down very rapidly....the screen sort of blurs and just crashes....I don't think this is an OS issue because I'm not having that problem when I use Xodo to read through the same document.
Any feedback is appreciated.
OS is Windows 10.

Hi gabrielb2830477,
Could you please try opening another pdf file and check if the issue still persists.
What is the version of application installed on the machine?
To check the version, launch Windows Store>click Sign in>Downloads and updates

Just checked it's 3.1.8.7675.
So far, it doesn't seem to crash on the other files. The file I'm reading now is significantly larger in size compared with the other files I checked it on.

It crashed on another book. FYI. Is there anyway I can attach the books here so you can see them? Could it be an OS issue?

Just so you know...Reader Touch is discontinued; the regular Reader is probably what you need.

I am sending you another book as well. Do you have any theories where the issue might be arising from if it's not from Adobe?
