I suddenly have a problem where Adobe Reader will not print. It has printed fine for years (various MACs and OSs), but with no change to the current system, it now fails with an error message (and the printer spits out a blank page). I ran through Adobe's troubleshooting list - no solution. I verified print capability on an identical MAC on the same system and printer - worked fine. I reinstalled Adobe Reader - Nope. I went ahead and upgraded to the current MAC OS - Nope. I re-reinstalled Adobe Reader - Nope
All along and still, my computer will print fine via other apps.
I also connected a different printer to my computer, still fails to print from Reader.
Adobe Reader v2024.001.20615 (up to date)
MACMini M1 16GB Sonoma 14.4 (up to date)
Epson ET-4760 (driver up to date) printer is shared on Network
Canon (direct USB connection) also failed
Adobe Reader is useless to me unless I can print my PDFs.

Hi there
Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out.
Would you mind sharing the error that you get upon trying to print the PDF file? for more clarity.
Please check for any pending/missing updates for print driver and firmware and try updating it, You may also try to remove the printer driver/firmware from the system and try reinstalling it from the manufacturers website and see if that helps.
Also go through the steps shared in the help page: https://adobe.ly/49iHvNT and check.
Let us know how it goes.
