Adobe reader window shifts and doubles some times.

Hi, 

I have problem wyth my free adobe reader version, hope someone can help When i open a pdf file it kinda glitches some times and doubles the screen and overlays the top of the window. When it dose that I cant move the window ore exit the program and I need to wait or klik right mouse butne to make it go away. Have tride to reinstall the program. Adding pictures of what is happening with the window.

Hope you are doing well and sorry to hear that.

 

Please try to repair the installation from the help menu and reboot the computer once and check if that helps.

Also try to reset the Acrobat preferences as described here https://community.adobe.com/t5/acrobat-discussions/how-to-reset-acrobat-preference-settings-to-defau...

 

Make sure you have the recent version 21.11.20039 installed. Go to Help > Check for updates and reboot the computer once.
