adobe reader won't install on macOS Sierra 10.12.4

downloads but doc still won't pull up.  does nothing. no error.  checked javascript internet connection and used diff browser

Hi Dukemypitbull,

As mentioned above, I assume you are referring to the download file of Acrobat Reader?

Or is it not pulling up any PDF file that you have downloaded?

If you are referring to the installation of application, then you may try enabling the "Root Account" on your mac and try the installation there.Because it seems to be some permission issue on the current user.
