Adobe Reader won't let me fill in form

New Here ,
Jul 14, 2017 Jul 14, 2017

I am working on my Mac. I have Adobe Reader. I downloaded a form from email that I need to fill in and send back. I can open the form in Adobe Reader. I can click on Fill & Sign. But, when the Fill & Sign screen comes up, my form is not shown under it, just a blank spot under the Fill & Sign tool bar.

Am I missing a step or doing something wrong?

Hi Judyk11118161,

As the steps mentioned above, seems to be absolutely correct. You open the form then click on "Tools" and select Fill & Sign.

If the form is not showing after selecting Fill & Sign tool then there could some other issues with the it.

  • You may close the application completely and reboot your computer once and check again.
  • If that doesn't help, then run a repair of application's installation.

Launch Reader>Help>"Repair Installation"

Let us know if that doesn't fix the problem.

Regards,

Akanchha
