Adobe Reader X - Stamp Tool Problem

Hi Adobe community. I am working inside the Adobe Reader X program. I am having trouble finding the stamp button which should be below the "Annotations" tab. If anyone could help me find this button, I would greatly appreciate that.

In this old version the commenting tools (beside Highlight Text and Sticky Note) are only enabled if the author of the file applied a special right to it. Upgrade to a newer version of Reader and you'll be able to use it, even without this right.
