Seit dem Update 2021.007.20096 läßt sich für meine Plotter HP DesignJet 500 kein anderes Papierformat als DIN A4 einstellen.

Hope you are doing well and sorry to hear that. As described, since the update 2021.007.20096 no other paper size than DIN A4 can be used.

Please update the application to the recent version 21.07.20099 from the help menu > Check for updates and reboot the compute ronce and see if that works for you.

ich habe jetzt das gleiche Problem mit Version 2022.002.20191 64 Bit.

Es ist nur ein Papierformat vorhanden.

Aus allen anderen Anwendungen lässt sich problemlos in jeglichem Format drucken.

Wer kann helfen?
