I did the trial for Adobe cloud so i could scan on my phone and transfer to my laptop to access the scanned PDFs. However, I canceled the account on my phone but on my laptop's adobe account it remained active and charged my bank. I've been messaging and trying to use the customer service on Adobe but all could not refund nor cancel.
I finally founda service number and said they can't refund me but can cancel it in march? so no charges until march, but all the payments I have made are forever gone and unable to be reimbursed.
