Adobe error. Will not connect to DDE Server. where do I find this on my computer. I have windows 10.

As shared above, are you not able to download the application at its initial stage or is it not downloading the updates to the application?
If its an update, then you must try "Repair Installation" of Acrobat.
Go to >Help>Repair Installation
If it is first time you are downloading the application and you have installed any security software (antivirus) then you may turn it off for a while and then try.
