All documents disappeared from the app - Reader DC on MacOS Catalina 10.15.2

I installed an update to c

Same issue - All documets disappeared from the app.  My could documents are still there.  What am I suppose to do to restore Adobe Acrobat Reader DC to display my documents, local and cloud as it was a day ago!

Hi Cisne,

 

Please confirm if you have updated the application or re-installed it. 

It seems that you are referring to the list of documents that shows under the Home > Recent tab.

If you have re-installed the application, it is not possible to restore the list. 

 

Also, as you have mentioned that the cloud files are still there, the PDF files that are saved locally will show once you open them in the application. Adobe Acrobat Reader DC does not save any files in the application.

 

Let us know if you are referring to something else.

I have updated. When I open a PDF it will open and then just disappear. When I Open adobe DC without a file it will open for about three seconds and then just disappear. This my subscription version
