I am using an HP and all of my PDF files have the same Adobe Icon, so I am unable to quickly glance and my desktop and distinguish between files by the image of what they are. On my Mac they will preview as the first page in the document. Am I able to have the same feature on HP? I have looked in Chrome, Adobe and Windows settings and can't seem to find it.

Hello Harsh,

I moved the preferences folder and re-opened Adobe, but still they all have
the same image, I unhid hidden folders but it still isn't previewing that
PDF, and I can't see the setting in Adobe to change it. I don't know if I'm
doing something wrong? I attached an image in case I'm not using the
correct words to describe my issue.
