Annuler abonnement pro

Bonjour,

J'ai souscrit il y a plus de 14 jours à une période d'essai gratuite pour Adobe acrobat pro. Je souhaite annuler mon abonnement avant la fin de cette période, qui aura lieu le 12 juillet. Des frais de résiliation anticipés me sont demandés, alors qu'il s'agit dune version d'essai gratuite.

Il est hors de question que je paie quoi que ce soit. Comment procéder ?

The free trial is 7 days, after that it automatically switches to a paid subscription.

You need to contact Adobe to cancel it now, and hopefully get a refund.

There's no email support.

Beware of people contacting you via the forums' messaging system pretending to work for Adobe! Only those with an "Adobe Employee" tag under their name are legit. Also, Adobe will never offer to contact you via Skype, or use an email account that's not under the adobe.com domain...
