@noam_2759 You likely can, but why would you? It's likely that some essential components and data for Adobe Acrobat Reader will still reside on your C: drive for it to function correctly.

I hope you are doing well.
By default, Adobe Acrobat Reader is installed on the C: drive because the Adobe installer uses system directories (such as Program Files and shared libraries) that depend on Windows’ default system paths.
You can use the offline installer and customize the installation path during setup. Download from the direct link, and follow the onscreen instructions.

Totally unhelpful answer. There are many reasons to avoid the C drive, including inability to free up space. Plus Reader works fine on other drives.
