I try to open a PDF to view, and I am asked to sign in.  I sign in.  PDF will not open, tells me I need to sign in on my browser.  I click to sign in through the app, it says I'm signed in on the browser.  AND CLOSES THE PDF!!!  This application is trash and does not work.

Hi @Chris283784874q3m

Sorry to hear about your struggle. The PDF file that you have been trying to view is that file saved locally on your computer? Or is it saved on some Cloud storage like Document Cloud, OneDrive, or Dropbox?

The Acrobat Reader desktop shouldn't be asking for Sign In details if it is saved locally.

If it is saved on a Cloud storage, you must sign in to access the file.

As it highlighted that you have been redirected a few times, then it would be a bit easier for us if you could share the screenshot or screen-recording of your workflow.

Thanks,

Akanchha
