Hallo,
In dem Menüpunkt "Anlagen:Dateianlagen anzegen" (Heftklammersymbol linke Seite) habe ich bei manchen Dokumenten die Funktion"Neue Anlage hinzufügen" und bei manchen nicht.
Woran liegt das? Muss ich das PDF erst entsprechend bearbeiten um diese Option freizuschalten?

Are you the creator of the form? If so, you have to get LiveCycle Reader Extensions for others to do this in Reader. If you're just the end user, you can buy your own copy of Acrobat.

Just to be on the same page, it seems that you are not able to attach a file to some PDFs.
If this is the case, could you please let us know the Adobe application you are using to attach the file to PDF.
Also, please let us know the dot version of the application and OS you are working on.
To check the dot version, refer the steps provided here Identify the product and its version for Acrobat and Reader DC
Share the exact steps you do to attach the file. It will be helpful if you share the screenshot of the option you are referring to.
To add the screenshot here, please use the insert icon provided on the reply window as shown below:
Once you click on this icon, you get a small window.
Click on Insert Image and then browse the location where you have saved the screenshot file.
Select the file and click on Open > Insert Image.

Hallo,
To be apsolutely sure the following screenshots contain the application information and and the icon i am missing in some files:
Here you can see the Icon i am usually using:
And here another Document where it cant be found:
I am guessing the cause is they are made with differend programs,
the first one with Adobe XML Form Module Library and
the second one with Adobe PDF Library 9.0

LiveCycle Reader Extensions is A big company product from Adobe. The price is negotiated. Expect it to be €40,000 to - million (Unofficial guess)

In Acrobat Reader you can attach files under Tools > Comment.

The document must be enabled with the server product LiveCycle Reader Extensions.
