Audio buttons suddenly not working

Hello,

I have this PDF file that plays some audios with buttons, it runs with the 3D application I think.

I have a lot of this files which I use to study and suddenly they don't work. I have tried in other PC's and they also don't work anymore. Is this due to an update from Adobe?

What could be happening?

Please install the latest patch available for Acrobat 20.009.20065 Optional update, May 21, 2020 from the help menu > select check for updates, reboot the application and check.
