As shared by hans-g. Adobe Reader is a freeware which doesn't require any cancellation. 

We see that you had Document Cloud Export PDF annual subscription. It seems you have got your subscription already canceled. Let us know if there's any other subscription and services you are referring to?

As suggested, you can also get it checked with the help of Customer Care team: Contact Customer Care
