auto close

Hi when I go to fill and sign a document I am trying to edit, it automatically closes on me and I have to start over, which also automatically closes leaving me unable to fill and sign any form. Any fixes to this issue?

If we understand correctly, while using Fill & Sign feature of Adobe Reader DC application closes suddenly? You may check the troubleshooting steps suggested below, and let us know if that makes a difference in performance-

• Reboot computer.
• Check if you have the latest version installed. Open Acrobat>Help>Check for update DC Release Notes — Release Notes for Acrobat DC Products
• If this doesn't work, then repair the installation. Open Acrobat>Help>Repair Installation
• Refer to the troubleshooting steps suggested here: Resolve Acrobat DC intermittent crashes on Windows
• If none of the solution provided works, then uninstall the application using cleaner tool: Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool - Adobe Labs  and reinstall it Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Install for all versions
