Blank page when converting word 2016 document to pdf in a3 format

Hola, estoy trabajando con un ordenador con windows 10, tratando de pasar un documento de word 2016 a pdf en formato a3 (lo tengo en ese formato en word); pero al pasarlo a PDF me sale la mitad de la página en blanco.

Could you let us know the option you are using to convert word file to pdf - Acrobat tab > create pdf option in MS Word or "Create PDF" under Tools in Acrobat or online at this link: https://cloud.acrobat.com/convertpdf

If using Acrobat, would you mind sharing Acrobat's dot version installed on the machine: Identify the product and its version for Acrobat and Reader DC

Have you tried converting another word file to check if its not a file specific issue?
