Blank pages when printing a tiled poster

Hi all

I have an issue where a member of staff at the school I work at is trying to scale up a PDF (283%) to be printed as a poster onto A3 pages. The print is set to 'Tile only large pages' and the result is a print across 12 x A3 pages (3 across, 4 down). Trouble is, the 2 middle tiles (pages) are printed blank when there should be something on them (see attached diagram - tick + printed, cross = blank page printed).

We're using Acrobat Reader DC 2017 Release - Version 2017.009.20058, printing to a Sharp printer using the Followme system (one inbox for multiple printers).

Has anyone seen this before?

Any ideas?

Thanks

Daz

Hi Dazd,

Please try once to print the file using Adobe PDF printer and save that file.

Open the PDF and click on Print icon.

In Print window, select Adobe PDF from the drop-down list of printer and click on Print Tab at the bottom.

A new PDF file will create, then try to print that file in tiled poster form.

Let us know if that helps.

If that does not work try to use Print As Image option to print the file.

Refer the steps provided here: Print PDF as image | Adobe Acrobat, Reader

Check if this helps.

If you still experience the issue, please share the file with us, so we can check it on our end.

You may refer the steps provided here How to share a document to share the file.

Let us know how it goes.

We will be waiting for your response.

Regards,

Meenakshi
