Tengo links en mi PDF, intento abrir pero me sale un mensaje que dice BLOQUEO DE SEGURIDAD como lo soluciono?

Are those links you are referring to the above, are web links, or its hyperlinks to any other file?

First, navigate to "Edit > Preferences > Trust Manager > Internet Access from PDF Files outside the web browser > Change Settings." 

If it doesn't help, then check with a different file that has the links, as it could be document specific issue where its security restrictions are not allowing the links to be open.
