Botón firmar no responde

Buenos dias,

Confío en que puedan ayudarme.Desde ayer  no me permite realizar firmas en pdf  antes operaba con normalidad ahora no puedo.Si puedo autentificarme con la firma en los diferentes sites(dgt,ayuntamiento etc).

La firma está autentificada y operativa.

Al seleccionar la firma en pdf y darle a firmar el

botón no responde no me permite pasar  de ese punto.Adobe dc esta actualizado.

El entorno es Win10

When you select the signature in PDF and give it to sign the button does not respond does not allow me to go beyond that point. Do you experience this problem with all the PDFs you sign or is it with a specific one?

  • You may check the latest patch whether its installed or not? Open Reader>Help>Check for update.

A mi me pasa lo mismo: al intentar firmar con certificado instalado en el navegador internet explorer, el adobe Reader DC se queda colgado con la pantalla oscura y no aparece la ventana para seleccionar el certificado.

La solución que he encontrado es ir al Administrador de tareas del Windows 10 y finalizar el proceso "Adobe Acrobat Update Service" (2 plano) y el proceso "Adobe Acrobat Reader DC". Y volver a intentarlo, y luego ya funciona bien.

POr si alguien lee este topic, al final he conseguido solucionarlo. He reinstalado o importado de nuevo el certificado pero desde su extension .pfx,

antes lo hacia desde otra extension como .cer y no se solucionaba.

A mi me acaba de funcionar la resintalación y tras ello, volver a importar el certificado, pero en ese orden, no he encontrado una solucion valida aparte de esta

Hay veces que el botón parece estar inactivo precisamente porque está activo y lo único que tienes que hacer es seleccionar el área donde quieres firmar. Después te dará la opción de elegir el certificado

Tengo el mismo problema, pero con Windows 11.
Hasta ayer 13/12/2021 funcionaba sin problemas. Hoy Adobe me solicitó aceptar un nuevo acuerdo e inmediatamente dejó de funcionar.
Esto complica mucho mi trabajo, dado que debo firmar muchos documentos con mi Firma Electrónica Avanzada.

Agradezo la ayuda.

Hola, según las instrucciones del proveedor de la firma, simplemente desinstale Acrobar Reader, reinicié el equipo y volvi a instalar Acrobar Reader.
Mágicamente el problema se resolvió.

Hola tengo el mismo problema. He desinstalado y vuelto a instalar el Adobe Reader y sigo con igual. Una vez seleccionado el certificado cuanpu pulsas el Botón Firmar, éste no responde.

 

Qué soporte más malo por cierto.

Pues eliminando el certificado y voviendo a instalar el certificado con extensión P12. Espero que recuerdes la contraseña que pusiste cuando te lo dieron.
